Although an avid programmer, Kurtis has found his space to mix great soft skills and technical literacy in recruiting. Having a background in engineering makes him the go-to sourcing partner at MBTA, but he’s ready at a moment’s notice to jump in on creating beautiful Tableau reports, social media marketing in Figma, or rolling out new ATS systems. While he’s not on the clock you can find him building his latest passion product, binging Seinfeld reruns, or reading up on all-things tech.
